Using a Pack, Membership, or Guest Pass to Pay for a Class

When registering for a Class in the fitDEGREE App, your active payment options — Memberships, Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, Intro Offers, and any Guest Passes you've claimed — are available automatically. Here's how to use them.

Where to find it

1. Open the fitDEGREE App.

2. Find the Class you want to attend on your Home screen or Live Schedule.

3. Tap the Class to open its details page.

Registering with an existing payment option

On the Class detail screen, you'll see two buttons below the banner image: Register and Bring a Friend.

1. Tap Register.

2. The registration screen shows the Class title, date, time, and your current active payment method.

3. If you've previously purchased a Membership, Class Pack, Intro Offer, or have an active Guest Pass that applies to this Class, it will appear here automatically.

4. Sign any required waivers if prompted.

5. Confirm the registration.

You're all set for Class. The studio sees your payment option applied on their end.

Switching to a different payment option

If you want to use something different than the default payment, tap Change next to the payment method. You'll see every applicable payment option for this Class, including:

• Active Memberships, Class Packs, and Intro Offers.

• Guest Passes that someone has sent you.

• Drop-in fee (paid with credit card, Account Balance, or Gift Card).

• Pay When I Arrive, if the studio offers it.

Select the option you want, then complete the registration.

Things to know

• If no payment options appear, you'll need to purchase something first (a Class Pack, Membership, or Intro Offer) or use Bring a Friend to receive a Guest Pass from someone else.

• If you cancel out of the Class within your studio's early cancellation window, your use is returned to whatever you paid with — including Guest Passes.

• Studios choose which payment methods are available on each Class, so the options you see can vary by Class.
