Automatic Emails sent from fitDEGREE

fitDEGREE is not an email marketing platform, however our system will send different "transactional" emails automatically from our system. Since these emails are not marketing emails, there is no "unsubscribe" button the recipient can click on to no longer receive these emails. 

Below is a list of transactional emails our platform sends. These emails cannot be edited or turned off. 

  • Purchase (receipt)
  • Registration for class
  • Cancellation of class
  • Waitlist Spot available
  • Live stream link (for virtual sessions) 
  • Registrable cancellation (if you cancel a class off the schedule and there are people signed up)
  • Waiver signature receipt
  • Auto-pay Failure (only 1 email is sent, even if more than 1 attempt is made on the card)

Below are additional one off emails that are triggered by actions taken on the platform:
  • If you create an account for a client on your admin they get a "welcome email" 
  • When client creates their app account, they get an automatic "verification" email. 
  • If you set up  a recurring reservation for a client, they get a recurring registration confirmation.
  • Clients also get a "Forgot Password" email if they use that link on their app to reset their password.


Things to note:

  • Autopay memberships do NOT receive a monthly receipt after initial purchase. Clients can access their purchase history through the app to see all sales.
