If you need to switch which class pack, membership, or payment option is used when registering for a class, follow these steps.
For Clients (Mobile App Users):
- Locate the class you want to attend in the app.
- Tap the class to open its details page, then select Register.
- A new screen will appear displaying the class title, date, time, and your current active payment method.
- Next to your payment method, tap "Change".
- A list will appear showing:
- Active Class Packages and Memberships
- Other available payment options
- If allowed by the studio, a "Pay When I Arrive" option
- Select the desired payment method, then continue through the registration flow to complete your booking.
For Admins (Changing a Client’s Payment Method After Registration):
If a client accidentally used the wrong payment method, an admin can correct this by following these steps:
- Locate the client’s registrationin either:
- The Registration Report
- The Check-in Screen
- Click on the payment method used for the class.
- Select "Undo Payment" to remove the incorrect charge.
- Process the new payment by selecting the correct membership, class pack, or other payment method.
This ensures the session is paid for correctly without impacting the client’s future payments or membership balance.
