If a Client needs to switch which Class Pack, Membership, or other payment option is used for a Class registration, both the Client and an Admin can make the change.
For Clients in the fitDEGREE App
When a Client is registering for a Class through the fitDEGREE App or web app:
Locate the Class they want to attend.
Tap the Class to open its details page.
Tap Register.
On the registration screen, the Class title, date, time, and current active payment method are displayed.
Next to the payment method, tap Change.
The Change menu lists every applicable payment option, including:
Active Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, and Memberships
Active Intro Offers
Active Guest Passes that have been claimed onto their account
Other available payment options (drop-in fee, Account Balance, Gift Card)
Pay When I Arrive — only if you've enabled this for your studio
After selecting the desired payment method, the Client continues through the registration flow to complete the booking.
For Admins (correcting a payment after registration)
If a Client accidentally used the wrong payment method, an Admin can fix it from the Admin Website without canceling the registration.
Locate the Client's registration in either the Registrations report or the Check-in Screen.
Click on the payment method icon used for the Class.
Select Undo Payment to remove the incorrect charge.
Process the new payment by selecting the correct Membership, Class Pack, Guest Pass, or other payment option.
This ensures the session is paid for correctly without affecting the Client's future payments or Membership balance.
Things to know
Undoing and re-applying a payment doesn't trigger a refund — it simply moves the use from one Perk to another. Use a refund flow only if the Client should get money back.
If a Client paid with a Guest Pass and you undo the payment, the use is restored to that Guest Pass on the Client's account.
If the desired payment option doesn't appear in the list, the Perk may not apply to the Class. Check the included Classes on the source pack or Membership.
