You can edit the remaining uses, start date, and expiration on any individual Client's Perk through the Admin Website. The Perk detail modal is accessible from anywhere — a Client's profile, the check-in screen, or any report — so you can make adjustments without losing your place.
Where to find a Perk
There are several ways to open a Client's Perk:
From a Client's profile
Search for and open the Client's profile.
Under Active Items (or Future Active Items if it hasn't started), click the Pack, Intro Offer, or Membership that contains the Perk.
On the item's detail modal, click the specific Perk you want to edit. (Memberships organize Perks under a Perks tab; Packs and Intro Offers list them directly.)
From the check-in screen
On the Class roster, click the Client's payment icon to open How they paid.
Click into the source item to open its detail modal.
Click the specific Perk to open it.
From a report
From the Perks report (or any Pricing Option report), click View Perk on the row you want to edit.
What you can edit
Inside the Perk detail modal, you can adjust three things:
Remaining uses — type a new number or use the up/down arrows. For unlimited Perks, this shows as Unlimited.
Starts — set, change, or clear the start date.
Expires — switch freely between expires on date, expires X days after next use, or does not expire.
The Perk modal also includes a View transaction history button that shows every Class or One-on-One this Perk was used to pay for, with date and time stamps.
Saving changes
Click Update in the bottom right corner of the Perk modal to save. Changes take effect immediately for this Client.
Things to know
Edits made through this modal only affect this one Client. To change a Perk across everyone holding the source item template, edit the pricing option itself under Setup > Payment Options.
The Perk modal is available across the entire Admin Website. You can keep your place on whatever screen you're working from while making the edit.
Perk edits are not currently available from the OnTheGo App. To edit a Client's Perk, use the Admin Website.
If you're editing a Perk on a Membership, keep in mind that adding or removing a Perk on the Membership template (under Setup) takes effect immediately for all current Members. Editing one Client's individual Perk only affects that one Client.
