How to Edit a Client's Packs (Class Packs & One-On-One Packs)

From the Client Search Bar
  1. From your dashboard, click the search bar on the top of the screen
  2. Type in the name of the client who has the package you need to edit and select their name
  3. When in the client’s profile, select the package or membership you wish to edit within the “active items” section of the client profile and a new tab will appear labeled “Edit Class Pack” or “Edit One-on-One Pack”
    • *Note that if the Pack is inactive (expired or no more remaining uses), look for the appropriate option in the "Open in Reports" section below active and future items. Find the one you’d like to edit and click on it.
  4. Within the new view, click the Drop down in the "Remaining Uses" box if you wish to edit the number of classes remaining enter the number of uses you wish for them to have, or use up/down arrows to add/remove uses one at a time. If you are looking to adjust the expiration date, click the box with the current expiration date and adjust within the new calendar tab which appears on screen.
  5. Once you are satisfied with the changes you have made, click the  “Update” button

From the Client Screen
  1. From the dashboard click the menu icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu
  2. Within the menu select “Clients”
  3. Once in the “Clients” screen search the client which you wish to edit a package or a membership for, once you have found their name, click on it to open their client profile
  4. When in the client’s profile, select the package or membership you wish to edit within the “active items” section of the client profile and a new tab will appear labeled “Edit Class Pack” or “Edit One-on-One Pack”
    • *Note that if the Pack is inactive (expired or no more remaining uses), look for the appropriate option in the Open in More Reports section below active and future items. Find the one you’d like to edit and click on it.
  5.
