You can edit any individual Perk on a Client's account — number of remaining uses, start date, and expiration — without leaving whatever screen you're on. The improved Perk detail modal opens directly over the Admin Website, so you can adjust a Client's pack from a check-in screen, a report, or their profile without losing your place.
From a Client's profile
This is the most common path.
From the Admin Website, click the search bar at the top of the screen and enter the Client's name.
Open the Client's profile.
Under Active Items (or Future Active Items if the pack hasn't started yet), click on the pack you want to edit. This opens the pack detail modal.
Inside the pack modal, click the Perk you want to edit. The Perk detail modal opens.
Adjust Remaining uses, Starts, or Expires as needed.
Click Update in the bottom right corner of the Perk modal.
From any other screen on the Admin Website
Pack and Perk modals are available from anywhere in the Admin Website, so you don't have to navigate back to the Client's profile to make a quick edit.
On the Check-in screen, click a Client's payment icon to open the registration's How they paid modal, then click into the item to open the pack modal.
On any report that shows packs or Perks (Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, or Perks reports), click View perk on a row to open the Perk modal directly.
Finding an expired or used-up pack
If a Client's pack is inactive (expired or with no remaining uses), it won't appear under Active Items or Future Active Items. To find it:
Click under the Active Items section on the Class Pack, One on One Pack, Intro Offer… buttons to review all active and inactive items.
Click Class packs or One-on-One packs as appropriate.
Find the pack in the filtered list and click View perk to open and edit it.
What you can edit on a Perk
Remaining uses: type a new number or use the up/down arrows.
Starts: set or change the start date.
Expires: switch freely between expires on date, expires X days after next use, or does not expire.
Things to know
Editing a Client's individual Perk only affects that one Client. To change a Perk for everyone who holds the template, edit the pack offering itself.
Editing remaining uses, start date, or expiration takes effect immediately.
The Perk modal shows View transaction history at the top — clicking it shows every registration this Perk was used to pay for, with date and time stamps.
Perk edits made on a Client's account are not available from the OnTheGo App. For now, all Perk edits happen on the Admin Website.
