Admin account switching allows staff to move between multiple admin logins without logging out. This is useful for users who work at multiple studios or have separate roles across different fitDEGREE accounts.
Each admin account must already exist before it can be added.
How to add another admin account
Open OTG.
Tap Menu (bottom right grid icon).
Select Switch Accounts.
Tap Add saved login.
Log in using the email and password for the other admin account.
That account will now appear in your saved logins list.
How to switch admin accounts
Open Menu.
Select Switch Accounts.
Tap the account you want to access.
You will be redirected into that admin account immediately.
Important things to know
Admin accounts must already be created before they can be added.
You can only switch into accounts you have valid credentials for.
Switching does not merge studios or permissions.
Each account retains its own roles, access levels, and settings.
Actions taken in one account do not affect other accounts.
If you do not see an account
If an account does not appear in your switch list:
Make sure you have logged into it at least once using Add saved login.
Confirm you are using the correct email and password.
If the admin profile does not exist yet, the studio owner must create it first.
