How to Switch Between Client Accounts in the App

Modified on Wed, 4 Feb at 3:28 PM

Account switching allows you to move between multiple client accounts without logging out of the app completely.

Each account must already exist before it can be added for switching.

How to add another account

  1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

  3. Tap the Settings cog in the top right corner.

  4. Select Switch Accounts.

  5. Tap Add saved login.

  6. Log in using the email and password for the other account.

That account will now appear in your saved logins list.

How to switch accounts

  1. Go to Profile → Settings → Switch Accounts.

  2. Tap the account you want to switch into.

You will be taken into that account immediately.

Important things to know

  • Accounts must already be created before they can be added.

  • fitDEGREE does not auto-link family or child accounts.

  • Each account requires its own email and login.

  • Switching does not merge profiles or share data.

  • Memberships, packs, registrations, and billing are always separate per account.

Managing multiple accounts with one email

If you want to manage multiple accounts from a single inbox, you can use an email alias.

Example (Gmail):

  • Main email: megan@gmail.com

  • Child account: megan+child@gmail.com

Both emails go to the same inbox, but fitDEGREE treats them as separate accounts.

Important:
The account must be created first before it can be added to saved logins.

If you do not see an account

If an account does not appear in your switch list:

  • Make sure you have logged into it at least once using Add saved login.

  • Make sure you are using the correct email and password.

  • If the account does not exist yet, create it first.
