An Intro Offer is a promotional package designed to attract new clients by providing a short-term trial of your classes, one-on-one services, or both. It allows potential members to experience your offerings before committing to a long-term membership.

The goal of an Intro Offer is to:
- Introduce new clients to your business and services.
- Build meaningful relationships and demonstrate the value of your offerings.
- Convert trial users into long-term members.

Key Rules & Restrictions
Who Can Purchase an Intro Offer?
- Intro Offers are only available to first-time clients who have never made a purchase or registered for a class at your business.
- If a client account is created in the admin, they can still purchase an Intro Offer as long as they are marked as a "cold" client.
- If a client has registered for a class or made any other purchase, they will no longer be eligible to buy an Intro Offer through the app or a share link (unless provided a link with a temperature override).
Where Are Intro Offers Displayed?
- Only cold clients (those who have never engaged with your business) will see Intro Offers in the fitDEGREE app.
- Current or returning clients will not see Intro Offers in the app.
Can I Manually Sell an Intro Offer?
- Admin Team Members can sell an Intro Offer to any client at any time, but only through:
- Admin Portal (admin.fitdegree.com)
- OnTheGo (OTG) App
- Cart Checkout Process
Intro Offers Are a One-Time Purchase
- Once a client purchases an Intro Offer, they cannot buy it again, even if a temperature override link is used.
- The only way to sell a second Intro Offer to a client is for an Admin to process the sale manually through the Admin Portal or OTG app.
How to Share an Intro Offer Link with More Clients
If you want to allow more than just cold clients to purchase an Intro Offer, you need to override temperature restrictions in the Admin settings.
How to Override Temperature Restrictions:
- Go to Menu > Setup > Pricing Options > Intro Offers.
- Locate the Intro Offer and click the three dots next to it.
- Select View, then click the Share Icon.
- Create or edit your share link.
- Adjust Advanced Settings to allow all temperature levels (Cold, Cool, Warm, Hot, and Fire Clients).
- Copy the link and distribute it via email, website, or direct messaging.
Important:
- Even with an override, each client can only access an Intro Offer once.
- If a client has already used an Intro Offer, they cannot repurchase it via the link.
- An admin must process the sale manually if a second purchase is needed.

Tracking the effectiveness of your Intro Offers is crucial for understanding client conversions. The Intro Offer Funnel Report helps analyze:
- Which Intro Offers sell the most.
- Which Intro Offers convert clients into long-term members.
- What pricing options clients purchase after their Intro Offer expires.
