Your staff can download the On The Go app from either the Apple store or Google Play store. Once in the On The Go app, your team members are able to perform point of sales, check clients into classes, and have clients sign their waivers. Once on the app, simply instruct your team members to click into the class they are instructing, as clients arrive, they have the option to check them in by clicking on the icons next to their name.
Things to note:
Team members must select themselves to show their schedule on the On The Go app. To display their class schedule, click on "team members" under the date from the calendar view. Click on Team members again, to see the whole list of instructors. Click "Select All" at the top, if you want to see all instructors classes. Then click "Apply" in the top right corner. Instructors must have a check mark next to their name for their classes to display on the calendar view.
