When you log into the Admin Website, your Dashboard is the Live Schedule. To navigate elsewhere, click the menu icon in the top left corner. This article walks through every option in the menu.
Schedule
Lets you pre-plan availability and access for Clients by scheduling the four registrable types: Classes, Events, One-on-Ones, and Series.
Live Schedule Options: List (all events in a week by date, time, activity, instructor, attendance), Week (snapshot with class times, types, color-coded), Month (snapshot of the monthly schedule).
Live Schedule Terms: Classes (recurring, assigned to a team member), Events (one-time scheduled), One-on-One Appointments (private lessons), Series Sessions (booked into every Class in the Series).
Filters: Published, Cancelled, Past, Unpublished, Instructor, Location.
One-on-One
Opens your One-on-One Appointment scheduling screen.
Appointment: a one-on-one booking between a team member and a Client.
Availability: the time span a team member can schedule sessions within.
Team Member Exceptions: a time span a team member cannot schedule sessions within via the fitDEGREE App.
Global Exceptions: a time span that all team members cannot schedule within via the fitDEGREE App.
Clients
Opens a screen where you can view all Clients and manage their accounts.
Browse Client profiles by name and username.
Filter your Client base by the presence or absence of specific tags.
Add new Clients with the plus sign in the top right corner.
Click into a Client to view their Memberships, Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, Intro Offers, Guest Passes, memos, registration history, sales history, and more.
Within a Client account you can perform sales, register them for Classes, and review their expired, current, or future Perks.
Cart
Opens your point-of-sales screen for Client checkout.
Reports
Home to sales metrics, business insights, and team member payouts. The best resource for checking on the health of your business.
Dashboard: Favorite Reports, Business Health, Client Retention, Estimated Average Client, Clients on Autopay, Projected Membership Income.
Money: Account Balance, Bills, Gift Cards, Revenue, Sales, Transactions, Unpaid Bills.
Clients: All Clients, App Logins, Duplicate Clients, Emails Sent, Fading Clients, New Business, Routine Breakers.
Registrations: Checkins, Popularity, Registrations, Unpaid Registrations.
Payment Options: Class Packs, Intro Offers, Memberships, One-on-One Packs, Guest Passes, Perks.
Business: Intro Offer Funnel, Referrers, Signatures, Team Member Payout.
Announce
Lets you communicate with Clients via the fitDEGREE App in a social-media-like manner.
Create and manage announcements.
Track click-throughs and unique clicks once an announcement is created.
Use the three dots in the top right of an announcement for options to view, share, edit, or delete.
Add images via phone or computer upload; add videos via YouTube, Loom, or Vimeo link.
Setup
Where your logistical tools live.
Schedule Items: Class Manager, One-on-One Services, Cancellation Policies (Contact Studio, Flexible, Moderate, Strict, or custom).
Payment Options: One-on-One Packs, Class Packs, Intro Offers, Memberships, Retail.
Discounts: automatic discounts tied to tags, plus promotional codes that can be applied to any account.
Team: Team Members, Class Payscales, One-on-One Payscales.
Other: Locations, Waivers.
App Settings: Display Settings, Payment Settings (including Social Purchases to allow Clients to make purchases for friends and send Guest Passes), Registration Settings.
My fitSpot Settings: business information, Visibility, Operating Hours.
Integrations: Card Readers, Website Widgets (Live Schedule, One-on-Ones, Announcements, Direct Web App Link), ClassPass, MailChimp, API Keys, Webhooks.
Occupancy
Track and update occupancy in your physical space. Often used by larger gym models or college recreation departments. Filter by active vs. inactive area; use the plus sign to add trackers and choose whether they're visible to Clients.
Company
Only accessible to team members with Company Admin status. If you have more than one fitSpot location, this is where company-level Membership reporting lives.
