What are my Menu Options?

Dashboard
As you enter fitDEGREE your dashboard is your live schedule. To enter your menu to navigate through all of the functionality of fitDEGREE, click the menu icon in the top left corner of your admin screen.

Schedule
Allows for a business to pre-plan their availability and access for clients through the scheduling of the 4 registrable types (Classes, Events, One-on-One's, Series).

Live Schedule Options
  • List: All events occurring in a week listed out by date, time, activity title, instructor, and attendance
  • Week: Snapshot of the weekly schedule including class times, class types, and color coding to match side legend (classes, events, one-on-one, series sessions)
  • Month: Snapshot of the monthly schedule including class times, class types, and color coding to match side legend (classes, events, one-on-one, series sessions)

Live Schedule Terms:
  • Classes: Regularly scheduled recurring classes designated to team members
  • Events: A one time scheduled class/session
  • One-on-One Appointments: private lessons or other such individual services
  • Series Sessions: Similar to a class, but once a client signs up for the series, they are booked into every class it is scheduled to have
  • Filters
    • Published: events living on your calendar
    • Cancelled: events pulled from your calendar
    • Past: events that have occurred already
    • Unpublished: events in progress/pre-publication
    • Instructor: team member leading a set calendar event
    • Location: where this is occurring within the business

One-on-One
Brings you to your one-on-one appointment scheduling screen.

One-on-One Schedule Options
  • Appointment: A one-on-one booking between a Team Member and a Client
  • Availability: The time span that a Team Member is able to schedule out sessions within
  • Team Member Exceptions: A time span that a Team Member cannot schedule sessions within via the Client mobile app
  • Global Exceptions: A time span that all Team Members cannot schedule sessions within via the Client mobile app

Clients
Brings you to a screen in which you can view all clients and manage their accounts

Client Options
  • Displays all client profiles - name and username
  • Actions - sorting by client tags
    • At the top of the client list you can filter your client base by the presence of absence of a particular tag or set of tags
  • The plus sign in the right hand corner can be used to add new clients to your list
  • By clicking into existing clients you can view their memberships, active class passes, one-on-one passes, add memos to their accounts, view their registration history, view their sales history, and much more.
  • Within a client account you can perform sales, register them for classes, and review their expired, current, or future perks

Cart
Brings you to your point of sales screen for client checkout.

Reports
Home to sales metrics, business insights, and team member payouts; this is the best resource to check-in on the health of your business in terms of finances

Announce
Allows for a business to communicate with their clients via their app in a social media like manner.

Announcement Options
  • Create and manage announcements
  • Once an announcement has been created the business can track click throughs and unique clicks
  • Click into the top right three dots for the options to view the announcement, share the announcement, edit the announcement, or delete the announcement
    • Pictures can be added to announcements via phone or computer upload.
    • Videos can be added to announcements via YouTube, Loom, or Vimeo link

Setup
This is where all of your logistical tools live for your business to grow and thrive.

    • Add and manage Class types inside of Class Groups

    • Add and manage one-on-one service types

  • Cancellation policies:
    • Add and Manage your default or custom cancellation policies
      • Within fitDEGREE there are four system policies:
        1. Contact studio - for refund contact studio more than 24 hours in advance
        2. Flexible - 3 hours in advance for refund
        3. Moderate - 6 hours in advance for refund
        4. Strict - 24 hours in advance for refund

  • Create your own Cancellation policy. 
    1. Policy name
    2. Early cancellation policy
    3. Late cancellation policy

Chat

Start and manage individual chat or group chat with clients or team members.


Occupancy
Brings you to a screen in which you can track and update the occupancy in your space. This allows clients to know if there are a lot of people in your studio/gym and allows them to decide when is the best time to attend. This feature is often used in larger scale gym models or by college recreation departments. If you own a small business, you can glance over this option.


Occupancy Tracker Options
  • Filters by active vs inactive area in a client’s space
  • Use the plus sign in the right corner to add trackers and say if they can or cannot be seen on your app (useful for guests to know flow of gym traffic)

Company

This area is only accessible to team members with company level status. If you have more than 1 fitSpot location, this is where your company level membership reporting exists
