How do I Reset my Password?

Within the fitDEGREE platform there are several scenarios which may cause an admin or a mobile app client to want to reset their password. Whether you are locked out or just looking to update your information, you need to know the proper ways to reset this information.

For Admins:
Only a Company Admin or a fitSpot Admin has the permission to reset passwords. Within the software, your Admin would enter the team member page, click the three dots next to your name, then manually create you a new password and inform you of what it is. 

If a Company Admin or fitSpot Admin needs a password reset and cannot access their account, they can reach out to support@fitdegree.com if they do not have any additional Admin staff. 


For App Clients: 
From the mobile application, if you are unable to remember your password or access your account, on the login screen there is a forgot password link. Once you click on this and type in your email you will be sent an email with the ability to reset your password information. 

If you are not locked out of your account and want to change your password, you will need to edit your account settings. To do this, click on the person icon in the bottom right hand corner. Click the grid icon in the top right corner. Click on Change Password tab. You will need to enter your current password, then your new password twice. 

If you are unable to access your account or reset your password, email support@fitdegree.com.
