There are several reasons you may need to reset your password—whether you're locked out or simply updating your login credentials. The process differs for Admins and App Clients.
For Admins (Studio Owners & Staff)
Only a Company Admin or a fitSpot Admin can reset passwords for team members.
How to Reset a Team Member’s Password:
- Go to Setup > Team > Team Members.
- Find the team member and click the three dots next to their name.
- Select Reset Password, manually enter a new password, and inform the team member.
Important: You cannot reset login credentials for someone with the same level of access as you.
If an Admin is Locked Out:
- If a Company Admin or fitSpot Admin cannot access their account, and there are no other Admins available to reset it, they should email [email protected] for assistance.
For App Clients (Members & Clients Using the Mobile App)
If you forgot your password:
- Open the fitDEGREE App.
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?".
- Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If you want to change your password (but are not locked out):
- Tap the Profile Icon (bottom right corner).
- Tap the Gear Icon (top right corner).
- Select "Change Password".
- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
If you cannot access your account or reset your password:
