How to Read Your Live Schedule

Live Schedule Menu Bar

  • Classes: All classes are coded in blue within your live schedule. Classes are set on a regular schedule and can be manually adjusted at any point. Applicable payment options are drop-in, class pack, membership, and intro offer.

  • Events: All events are coded green within your live schedule. Events are on a single occurrence schedule and must be manually input and edited. Applicable payment options are drop-in rates.

  • One-on-One Appointments: All one-on-ones are coded yellow in your live schedule. One-on-Ones are to be scheduled via app or within your business by staff members and are on a single occurrence schedule. Applicable payment options are drop-in, one-on-one pack, membership, and intro offer.

  • Series Sessions: All series sessions are coded in pink within your live schedule. Series sessions are registrables which require one sign-up per client to be entered into every session. Series sessions can be manually adjusted at any point. Applicable payment options are drop-in and full series fee.

  • Filters:
    • Published: anything within the published section is live within your schedule and can be viewed by your clients
    • Cancelled: anything within the cancelled section has been removed from your live schedule and can no longer be seen by your clients
    • Past: anything within the past section has already occurred within your live schedule and is no longer visible to clients
    • Unpublished: anything within the unpublished section has been drafted but not published onto your live schedule. All details have been finalized and once it is published it will be visible on your live schedule
    • Instructor: this feature allows you to decipher what is on your live schedule based on which instructor is teaching it
    • Location: this feature allows you to decipher what is on your live schedule based on where it is happening within your business. You can also enter a different address for a location of a class if it is happening off-site from your studio like a public park, beach, or at another facility. 

  • Actions
    • Manage Unpublished Classes: clicking on this button brings open a new “Unpublished Classes” tab which allows you to view any unpublished classes, easily make edits and publish them without the hassle of combing through your calendar for this information.

Live Schedule Views
  • List: provides a view of the week at a glance, showing each class by date time throughout the week with additional information such as: instructor, location, and attendance
  • Week: provides an overview of the week through the dates from left to right in a more typical calendar format, showing only the date, time, and the name of the classes, events, series, or one-on-ones
  • Month: provides a birds-eye view of the entire month in terms of classes, events, series, and one-on-ones. This view only shows the date, time, and name of each scheduled class, event, series, or one-on-one
