What are Team Member Roles Allowed to do?

Let's break it down. In fitDEGREE there are several roles that studio owners can assign to their staff. These roles are: team member, manager, fitSpot Admin, and Company Admin. Each role has unique sets of permissions designed to create different levels of access in the admin system. 

Team Member: This person has the most restricted access to the admin site 
  • read and update bills
  • create gift cards
  • create one-on-one availability 
  • create one-on-one appointments
  • create sales
  • create client memos
  • create, read, and update client profiles 
  • excludes seeing client contact information after profile is created
  • full view access to the live schedule
  • create/cancel a registration for a client

Manager: This person has semi-restricted access to the admin site. They can see or edit a majority of basic studio resources, but they cannot access revenue reporting (only basic reports will display for this permission level)

  • full edit access to the live schedule

  • create/cancel a registration for a client

fitSpot Admin: Full, unrestricted access to a single fitSpot within a studio
  • update account balances

  • full edit access to the live schedule
  • create one-on-one availability 
  • create one-on-one appointments

Company Admin: Full, unrestricted access to all fitSpots within a company profile 
  • update account balances
