How to Schedule a One-on-One from the 'On the Go' App

Step-by-Step
  1. From your phone’s home screen enter the On the Go Application
  2. Once in the application enter your live schedule screen. To create a one-on-one appointment, simply click the live schedule under the name/profile image of your desired team member. Ensure that you have changed the date at the top of the screen to read current availability for your team members
    • If the team member has light green appearing on their schedule, this is indicating their one-on-one availability which is set to display within your mobile application
  3. Once you have clicked on the time and team member you would like, a button will appear on screen that reads “Schedule Appointment,” click this button 
  4. The “Schedule Appointment” button will bring a new screen which offers the ability to adjust date, time, instructor, client, service, duration, and location of the one-on-one service. Upon finishing the input of this information, click the “Book” button at the bottom of the screen to complete the client registration
  5. Once the client registration is complete a screen will appear with the “Checked-in” icon as well as a “Make Payment” icon and continue through the payment processor flow. If you wish to complete payment at this time, click this button, if not, click done
