- From your phone’s home screen enter the On the Go Application
- Once in the application enter your live schedule screen. To create a one-on-one appointment, simply click the live schedule under the name/profile image of your desired team member. Ensure that you have changed the date at the top of the screen to read current availability for your team members
- If the team member has light green appearing on their schedule, this is indicating their one-on-one availability which is set to display within your mobile application
- Once you have clicked on the time and team member you would like, a button will appear on screen that reads “Schedule Appointment,” click this button
- The “Schedule Appointment” button will bring a new screen which offers the ability to adjust date, time, instructor, client, service, duration, and location of the one-on-one service. Upon finishing the input of this information, click the “Book” button at the bottom of the screen to complete the client registration
- Once the client registration is complete a screen will appear with the “Checked-in” icon as well as a “Make Payment” icon and continue through the payment processor flow. If you wish to complete payment at this time, click this button, if not, click done
