How to Read Your Live Schedule

Modified on Wed, 27 May at 7:58 AM

Your Live Schedule is the calendar of everything happening at your studio — Classes, Events, One-on-One Appointments, and Series Sessions. This article walks through the colors, filters, payment options, and views available so you can quickly find what you need.

Color coding

  • Classes are coded in blue. Classes run on a regular schedule and can be manually adjusted at any point. Applicable payment options: drop-in, Class Pack, Membership, Intro Offer, and Guest Pass.

  • Events are coded in green. Events occur once and must be manually scheduled and edited. Applicable payment options: drop-in rates.

  • One-on-One Appointments are coded in yellow. One-on-Ones are scheduled through the fitDEGREE App or by staff and occur as single sessions. Applicable payment options: drop-in, One-on-One Pack, Membership, Intro Offer, and Guest One on One Pass.

  • Series Sessions are coded in pink. A Client signs up for a Series once and is booked into every session it includes. Series sessions can be manually adjusted at any point. Applicable payment options: drop-in and full series fee.

Filters

  • Published: everything in this section is live and visible to your Clients.

  • Cancelled: everything removed from your Live Schedule. No longer visible to Clients.

  • Past: everything that has already occurred on your schedule. No longer visible to Clients.

  • Unpublished: drafted but not yet published to your Live Schedule. Visible to Clients only once published.

  • Instructor: filter the Live Schedule by the team member teaching it.

  • Location: filter by where the session is taking place. You can also assign a different address for off-site Classes (a public park, beach, or other facility).

Actions

Manage Unpublished Classes opens a separate tab where you can view, edit, and publish drafted Classes without combing through your full calendar.

Live Schedule views

  • List: a view of the week at a glance, showing each Class by date and time along with instructor, location, and attendance.

  • Week: an overview of the week in a more typical calendar format — dates from left to right, showing time and name of each Class, Event, Series, or One-on-One.

Month: a bird's-eye view of the entire month. Shows date, time, and name of each scheduled session.
