How to Check Your Class Pack Visits Remaining

You can check how many visits are left on a Class Pack, see when it expires, and review which Classes you've used it for — all from the fitDEGREE App.

Where to find your Class Packs

1. Open the fitDEGREE App.

2. Tap the You tab in the bottom navigation.

3. Select My Items.

Your Class Packs appear under the Active Items header along with your other active items. There's no longer a separate Class Packs section — everything that's currently active is listed together.

Viewing the details of a Class Pack

Tap the Class Pack you want to review. On the Class Pack detail screen you'll see two buttons at the top:

• View Usages — shows the Classes this pack has been used to register for, with date and time.

• View Included Classes — shows which Classes the pack covers.

Below the buttons, the details section shows:

• Pack name

• Visits remaining

• Expiration date

• Whether the pack can be shared with related Clients

Why this matters

• Track remaining visits so you don't run out unexpectedly.

• Monitor expiration dates and use up visits before they're lost.

• Review what Classes the pack has been used for if you're not sure.

• Plan future bookings based on what your pack still covers.

Things to know

• If a pack has expired or run out of uses, it moves out of Active Items into the inactive section lower on the My Items screen. Tap to expand and review your history.
