How to View Your Purchase History

You can review your past purchases directly in the fitDEGREE mobile app to see what you’ve bought, when you purchased it, and how you paid.

Where to find your purchase history

Purchase history is located under Studio Details in your profile.

To access it:

1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Select Studio Details.

4. Tap Purchase History.

What you can view

Tapping on any purchase will show:

• Studio name

• Purchase date

• Item purchased

• Amount paid

• Payment method

• Gift card details (if applicable), including redemption status and resend options

This allows you to keep a full record of all transactions for that studio.

Printing your purchase receipt (web app only)

If you are using the fitDEGREE web app on a computer, you can print your receipt.

Windows:
Right-click and select Print

Mac:
Hold Control, click the receipt, and select Print
