How to View Your Purchase History

You can review every past purchase you've made at your studio directly in the fitDEGREE App — including the item purchased, the date, the amount paid, and how you paid for it.

Where to find your purchase history

1. Open the fitDEGREE App.

2. Tap the You tab in the bottom navigation.

3. Select Studio Details.

4. Tap Purchase History.

What you can view

Tapping any purchase will show:

• Studio name

• Purchase date

• Item purchased

• Amount paid

• Payment method (credit card, Gift Card, Account Balance, or Guest Pass if applicable)

• Gift Card details (if applicable), including redemption status and resend options

Purchase History is separate from your My Items screen. My Items shows what you currently have available to use; Purchase History shows what you've bought over time at this studio.

Printing your purchase receipt (web app only)

If you're using fitDEGREE in a browser at app.fitdegree.com, you can print any receipt from Purchase History:

• Windows: right-click on the receipt and select Print.
