Where Can I Find Receipts?

You can view, save, or print receipts for past purchases directly in the fitDEGREE app through your purchase history.

Where to find your receipts

1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Select Studio Details.

4. Tap Purchase History.

5. Select the purchase you want to view.

What your receipt shows

Each receipt includes:

• Studio name

• Purchase date

• Item purchased (membership, class pack, retail item, or gift card)

• Amount paid

• Payment method used

• Gift card redemption status (if applicable)

How to save or print a receipt

On mobile

Take a screenshot to save or share the receipt.

On computer (web app)

Right-click the receipt and select Print.
On Mac, hold Control, click the receipt, and select Print.
