How Do I Update my Credit Card for My Current Membership?

You can update the credit card used for your membership payments directly in the fitDEGREE mobile app.

This is useful if your card has expired, been replaced, or you want to switch to a different payment method.


How to update your card

  1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

  3. Select Studio Details.

  4. Tap My Items.

  5. Select your active membership.

  6. Tap Change Auto-Pay Card (or Enroll in Autopay if not already enrolled).

  7. Add a new card or select an existing one.

  8. Confirm your selection.

Your updated card will be used for all future membership billing.


Things to note

  • The new card applies only to the selected membership.

  • Updating your card does not affect past bills.

  • If your autopay failed previously, updating your card does not automatically retry old charges.

Using a bank account (ACH)

  • Bank account payments are enabled by studios on a per-location basis.

  • To use ACH, contact your local studio to confirm availability.

  • If enabled, you must first add a bank account under Profile → Payment Methods, then update your membership autopay method.
