If you need to update a credit card due to a new expiration date or want to switch to a different card for your membership payments, follow these steps to manage your autopay settings.
Note: To enroll with Bank Account Payments as opposed to credit card, contact your local studio
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the client app and scroll down to the My Details section of the home screen
- Tap Payment Options
- Locate Memberships
- Tap on your active membership
- Click Enroll in Autopay (or Change Auto-pay Card if already enrolled)
- On the next screen, add a new card and select it as your autopay method
Your updated card will now be used for membership billing.
