Email Notifications and Cancellation Alerts

To ensure transparency and communication:

  • A membership cancellation confirmation email is sent to the client after any app- or admin-initiated cancellation

  • Admins will receive a Membership Cancellation Notification (if enabled) for visibility

To review sent emails:

  • Go to Reports > Clients > Emails Sent

  • Locate or download the cancellation email for record keeping
