How Clients Cancel Their Membership in the fitDEGREE App

Clients can now cancel memberships via the fitDEGREE app if the studio has enabled this feature.


To cancel a membership:

  1. From the home screen, scroll to My Details

  2. Tap on Payment Options

  3. Select the Membership to cancel

  4. Tap Cancel Membership (in red)

  5. The screen will display:

    • Remaining minimum payments or notice period required

    • A field to leave a memo (optional)

  6. After clicking Continue, clients will:

    • Review the cancellation terms

    • Type the word cancel

    • Click the final Cancel Membership button

Clients will then:

  • See a success screen

  • Receive a cancellation confirmation email

  • Trigger a studio notification about the cancellation


All terms and effective dates are reiterated throughout the process.
