How Clients Cancel Their Membership in the fitDEGREE App

Clients can cancel a membership directly from the fitDEGREE mobile app if the studio has enabled in-app cancellation.


How to cancel a membership

  1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

  3. Select Studio Details.

  4. Tap My Items.

  5. Select the membership you want to cancel.

  6. Tap Cancel Membership (shown in red).


What happens next

The cancellation screen displays:

  • Any remaining minimum payments or required notice period

  • The effective cancellation date

  • An optional memo field

To complete the cancellation:

  1. Review the cancellation terms.

  2. Type the word cancel.

  3. Tap the final Cancel Membership button.


After cancellation

Once submitted, clients will:

  • See a success confirmation screen

  • Receive a cancellation confirmation email

  • Trigger a notification to the studio

All terms and effective dates are clearly shown throughout the process.


Things to note

  • The option to cancel in-app is only available if the studio has enabled this feature.

  • If the cancel button does not appear, the studio requires cancellations to be handled directly with their staff.

  • fitDEGREE does not override studio cancellation policies or timing.
