Clients can now cancel memberships via the fitDEGREE app if the studio has enabled this feature.
To cancel a membership:
From the home screen, scroll to My Details
Tap on Payment Options
Select the Membership to cancel
Tap Cancel Membership (in red)
The screen will display:
Remaining minimum payments or notice period required
A field to leave a memo (optional)
After clicking Continue, clients will:
Review the cancellation terms
Type the word cancel
Click the final Cancel Membership button
Clients will then:
See a success screen
Receive a cancellation confirmation email
Trigger a studio notification about the cancellation
All terms and effective dates are reiterated throughout the process.
