How to Delete an App Account

You can permanently delete your fitDEGREE app account directly from the mobile app.


Only the app user can delete their own account. Studios and fitDEGREE staff cannot delete app accounts on a client’s behalf.


How to delete your account

  1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

  3. Tap the Settings cog in the top right corner.

  4. Select Delete Account.

  5. Review the information on the screen.

  6. Type Delete to confirm.

  7. Tap Delete my account.

Your app account will be permanently removed.


What deleting your app account does

Deleting your app account removes:

  • Profile information you added in the app

  • Profile pictures

  • Friends list

  • Comments and likes

This action cannot be undone.


What deleting your app account does not do

Deleting your app account does not:

  • Remove your studio profiles from studio admin systems

  • Cancel active memberships

  • Cancel future registrations

  • Stop autopay billing

Studios may still retain:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Payment history

  • Registration records


Important things to know

  • If you have upcoming registrations, cancel them before deleting your account.

  • If you have an active membership, contact the studio to cancel it.

  • If you want to stop receiving emails or text messages, you must opt out or contact the studio directly. Marketing preferences are not controlled through app account deletion.

  • If you create a new app account later, you can link it back to your existing studio profile.
