You can enroll in autopay for a membership directly from the fitDEGREE mobile app.
How to enroll
Open the fitDEGREE app.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Select Studio Details.
Tap My Items.
Select the membership you want to enroll in.
Tap Enroll in Autopay.
Choose or add a payment method and confirm.
Your membership is now set to autopay.
Things to note
If you entered a payment method when purchasing an autopay membership, your card is already enrolled automatically.
Autopay cancellations must be requested directly from your studio. Studios control membership status, billing, and cancellation timing.
fitDEGREE does not cancel memberships on behalf of studios or clients.
Using ACH for autopay
To use ACH, you must first add a bank account under Profile → Payment Methods.
After adding the bank account, return to the membership and update the autopay payment method.
ACH access is enabled by studios on a per-location basis.
If you do not see the ACH option, contact your local studio.
