Account balance can be used to pay for any item or service in fitDEGREE. That being said, autopay is meant to draw directly from a card or bank on file, not from account balance.
If you wish to pay a membership bill with account balance as opposed to your running autopay method then you need to make a manual payment.
On the app or admin you would look for the upcoming membership bill and select to process the payment. Once you have the payment screen up you will choose Account Balance as your payment method and process your payment and you're all set!
Keep in mind, this will not interrupt future autopay schedules. Additionally, you want to manually pay this bill earlier than it's due date so it does not draw from the payment method on file.
Things to note:
If your account balance will not cover the entire Membership bill, you will have to do a split payment, applying the account balance to the bill first, and then paying the remainder of the bill with a credit card. You must resolve the bill at once, meaning you cannot partially pay the bill with the account balance, and leave the reminder to be paid by the auto-pay.
