Admin Account Login Flow

When an admin creates a client account it will generate a a welcome email automatically sent to the client. From this email, the client has the option to click on a "Create Your Login" button in the email, where they can set their own password and finish setting up their app account. 

Admin Creating a Client Account:
  1. From the dashboard click the search bar which reads “Search Clients” and from the drop down options select “Create a Client”
  2. Once you have done this a new tab labeled “Create Client” will appear on screen, fill in the necessary information and click the green create button

Client Logging Into the Account:
  1. After creating a client account on the admin side, the client will receive an email with the subject line “Login Credentials” from their studio; open this email and click on the "Create Your Login" button
  2. This will verify the clients email and bring them to a screen to create their password
  3. After they set their password, they will continue to receive prompts to input information based on the App profile requirements set by the studio (for example, phone number, date of birth etc.) 
  4. once they have completed the process, they will be bale to use their email address and password that was set as their login credentials to the app. 
Things to Consider
  • If the client already has a fitDEGREE account, instead of using the Create Login button, they will click the portion of the email which reads “Link My Account” in order to prevent the creation of multiple profiles for one fitDEGREE client.
