How do I Check In People with the Kiosk?

Step-by-Step
  1. From your iPad home screen select the Kiosk Application (or launch your web browser https://kiosk.fitdegree.com/ on any tablet or computer)
  2. Team member will log in with their username and password (same as admin and OTG app log in)
  3. Once in the application, choose the title of the registrable which you would like to check the student into
  4. Once you have selected the class/event/series, a list of names will appear on screen below the title. Find the person you would like to check in and click the button to the right of their name that says “Check In”
    • If the person you wish to check in has not registered for the class, click “Sign Up” in the bottom right hand corner and search the name of the client which you wish to sign up for the registrable
    • Once you have found the client’s name, click “Register” and they will be checked into the class/event/series

Things to Note:
  • The Kiosk application only allows clients with previously established payment methods (class pack or membership) to settle payment when they check themselves in prior to a class as a walk-in client. They cannot purchase from the kiosk.
    • For this flow a client will click “Sign up,” search their name, click register, and then be prompted to indicate if they are using a class package, a membership, or if they are planning to pay at the front desk
  • Payment methods such as class packages and memberships are only applicable for classes, they do not register as payment methods for series or events and thus any walk-in or “pay when I arrive” client must see the front desk staff or the instructor to settle payment for their session
