Our recommendation for a group private lesson would be to either create a class within your live schedule which does not publish to the application or create a one-on-one service titled and priced out for the exact number of clients in the group.
If you are to create a class you want to make sure you follow the steps of first creating a group and a class template separate for group private sessions. Once you have created this class and added it to your calendar on admin only, manually input the group of students who wish to participate or email out the link for them to register into the session and sign waivers.
If you are using a designated one-on-one service to book groups, you can in-fact schedule multiple people into this session manually after the session is booked. So you can decide if your business will have one person register for services and spay for all involved or if they want to split the payment and sign individual waivers.
Things to Consider:
- Creating a group private as a class allows for more automation of additional participant registration, but initial date and time selection would need to be done manually via contact with an admin.
- Creating a group private as a one-on-one service does allow clients to book the time and date on their own but does not facilitate additional client information collection, this would be a manual task.
