How to Edit a Client's Pack

Step-by-Step:

  1. Enter your admin and search the client's name
  2. Once in the client profile, scroll to Active Items and click on the client's pack
  3. The pack will open in a new tab which will allow you to add or remove uses
    1. If the pack is no longer active, scroll down to "Open in Reports" and click "class packs" to find the inactive pack. 
  4. Find the class pack you want to edit and click "View Details". A new window will open with the pack details. In the box with "Remaining Uses" listed, use the arrow keys to add or remove uses. You can also type in the amount of uses remaining you wish the client to have. 
  5. you can also update the expiration date in this window as well. 
  6. Once done editing, click the "Update" button in the bottom right corner.
