There are several platforms that you can access to run your business and for your client to interact with.
Admin Portal
This is your powerhouse! In this main portal you will use set-up and manage your studio. Here, you will create and mange all of your Classes, Series, Events and One-on-one services and schedule. You will also create and manage all of your payment options for these services like fees, packs and memberships. You will set up your team members log in and permissions as well as their payscale. You can create and manage all transactions from this portal as well (sales & refunds), as well as access all of your reporting.
On The Go App
This is an app that you can download to your phone that is an abbreviated version of the admin portal. This will allow you and your staff to perform every day type tasks from your phone.
fitDEGREE app (or Branded App)
This is the app that your customers can download from an app store (Apple or Google Play) to be able to interact with your studio from their mobile device.
fitDEGREE Progressive Web-app
If your clients do not wish to download an app to their phone, or just prefer to use their computer to sign up and pay at your studio, they can use the app.fitdegree.com in any Web browser to interact with your studio. Studio's can also send out their direct "share link" to their studio's Web app.
fitDEGREE Kiosk app
The Kiosk app is available on the Apple app store to download to an iPad or can be access via Web app at kiosk.fitdegree.com in any browser. The Kiosk allows your clients to check themselves into class at the studio when they arrive. This can help unburden staff from this task. Be mindful the Kiosk App cannot take payments. If a Walk in client comes in, the kiosk will allow them to search for their profile and sign themselves up, but a front desk staff or instructor will have to take payment for the registration. If a new client walks in, their profile will need to be created on the Admin Portal or On The Go App.
