If your email address was removed from your app account or you want to add a new one, follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log into your app account using your email address and password. (If you can’t access your account, contact [email protected].)
- Go to your profile: Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Open your profile settings: Tap on your profile image at the top, where your username is displayed.
- Edit your profile: Select "Edit Profile" to review and update your email and phone number.
- Add or update your email:
- Tap the Edit (pencil) icon next to your email.
- Click "+ Add Email Address", enter your email, and tap "Send Verification Email".
- Verify your email:
- Check your inbox (email may take a few minutes to arrive).
- Open the email and copy the verification code.
- Return to the app and enter the code.
- Tap "Verify Email".
- Manage multiple emails (if applicable): If you have more than one email listed, you can remove an old email by tapping the trash can icon next to it.
Need to Update Your Email for Studio Communications?
If you’re updating your email for notifications from your studio (not the app itself), you’ll need to contact your studio directly.
