How to Purchase a Digital Gift Card

1. Enter your fitDEGREE (or branded) account from your home screen
2. Once in the application, scroll down to the “Store” section and select “Digital Gift Cards”
3. Once the Digital Gift Card screen has opened up, select “Change dollar amount” and choose the gift card amount you would like to send to someone
4. Once this is done, you have the option to click “Add/edit custom message” and add any wording you would like to your gift card as you prepare to send it to a friend or family member
5. When you are all set, click “Continue” and move onto the next screen where you will be prompted to designate who the gift card is for, and what their email address is. Fill out this information and click “Continue” again
6. Select your payment method to complete your purchase and then your gift card will be emailed to your friend or family member!

Important for iPhone/iOS Users

Digital gift cards do not display in the iOS version of the app.

This is due to Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.1, which prohibits the sale of digital goods inside an app unless the developer uses Apple’s in-app purchase system (which carries a 30% commission). Because of this restriction, the Digital Gift Cards option will not appear in the Store tab on iPhones.

iPhone users can purchase digital gift cards by using:

• The Web App: app.fitdegree.com

• The studio’s website link (if provided)

Ask your studio for the best link to use.
