How do I Update My Business Information?

In terms of updating your business information, a lot can be done on your own via the My fitSpot section in your setup tab on the admin. That being said, there are several things you would need to contact support to have updated for you.

Items to contact support to change: 
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Logo
  • Color For Branding 
  • Preventing Data Sharing between fitSpots
  • Business Name
  • Bank Account Information

To have these adjusted, either speak to your Onboarding Specialist during onboarding or contact support@fitdegree.com once you have launched on the platform.
