Many aspects of your business information can be updated directly in the My fitSpot section within your Admin Setup. However, some changes require fitDEGREE support intervention.
Business Information You Can Edit Yourself
To update your address, contact details, or website information, follow these steps:
- Go to the Admin Setup section.
- Select "My fitSpot".
- Click "Settings".
- Update any of the following fields:
- Nickname for the location
- Street Address
- Public Phone Number
- Public Email Address
- Public Website URL
- Click "Update" to save changes.
Business Information That Requires fitDEGREE Support
For security and system-wide consistency, the following cannot be edited manually and require support assistance:
- City, State, and Zip Code
- Business Name
- Logo & Branding Colors
- Bank Account Information
- Enabling or Preventing fitSpot Data Sharing
- Data sharing includes:
- Client lists
- Team members
- Credit card information
- Data sharing includes:
To request these changes, either:
- Speak to your Onboarding Specialist during your initial setup, or
- Email [email protected] once your fitSpot is live.
Data Sharing Between fitSpots
If you own multiple fitSpots, you can share or separate client data between locations.
- Shared Data: Clients, team members, and payment methods are linked across fitSpots.
- Separated Data: Each fitSpot operates independently.
