I Didn't Get a Verification Email

If you did not receive a verification email in your inbox, make sure to first check your SPAM/Junk folder to see if it is here first. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for these emails to arrive. If it is still not there after 5-10 min, you can resend the email from the app. 

If you are still in the process of creating your account, head back to the app and send the verification email again. 

If you are trying to add a new email address to your app account
From Client app -> click My Profile (person icon in lower right corner) -> Click Edit Profile. Scroll to emailclick Edit icon on right. Next to your email address, it will say "not Verified" if the email address has not been verified. Click on the email address and select "Resend Verification Email" Wait a few minutes before checking for the email in your inbox.

If emails are still not arriving, we recommend making sure that you are using one of our recommended email providers: 
  • Gmail
  • AOL
  • Outlook
  • iCloud
  • Yahoo!

If you are using Outlook (hotmail) try adding the info@fitdegree.com email address to your "safe" contacts.  Here are directions on how to do this: Go to Settings (gear top right) -> click “View all outlook settings (Bottom) -> Make sure you are in the "Mail" tab (left column) -> Click “Junk Email ”.  Under Safe sender and Domains (+) Add  (info@fitdegree.com)

Once this is done, try resending verification email and/or password reset email. 

If you are still unable to get the verification email, contact support at support@fitdegree.com
