How to View Your Items in the fitDEGREE App

You can review every active item on your account — Memberships, Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, Intro Offers, and Guest Passes — directly in the fitDEGREE App. This is where you confirm what you have available before registering for a Class or scheduling a One-on-One Appointment.

Where to find it

  1. Open the fitDEGREE App.

  2. Tap the You tab in the bottom navigation.

  3. Select My Items.

What you'll see

The My Items screen shows everything under one Active Items header — no longer split into separate sections per item type. Active Items includes all of the following for the studio you have selected:

  • Memberships you currently hold.

  • Class Packs and One-on-One Packs with uses remaining.

  • Intro Offers you've purchased.

  • Guest Passes that have been sent to you and claimed.

Below Active Items, two additional sections appear only when relevant:

  • Future Active Items — items you've purchased that haven't started yet (such as a Continual Membership with a future start date).

  • Shared with Me — Perks from a friend or family member's pack or Membership that you can use because of a Relationship set up at the studio.

Inactive items (expired packs, ended Memberships, used-up Intro Offers) are still grouped by type lower on the screen — tap to expand each section if you want to review your history.

Viewing the details of an item

Tap any item under Active Items to open its detail screen. The actions you see depend on the item type:

  • Membership — buttons for View BillsSetup Autopay, and (if applicable) Send Guest Pass, plus a list of Perks you can tap to see usages and applicable Classes or Services.

  • Class Pack — buttons for View Usages and View Included Classes, plus details on remaining visits and expiration.

  • One-on-One Pack — buttons for View Usages and View Included Services, plus details on remaining sessions and expiration.

  • Intro Offer — included Perks with remaining uses, and a Send Guest Pass button if the Intro Offer includes a Guest Perk.

  • Guest Pass — applicable Classes or Services and the expiration date.

If a Membership, pack, or Intro Offer includes a Guest Perk, you can send a Guest Pass to a friend directly from this screen.

Why this matters

  • Track remaining uses and expiration dates so you don't lose unused visits.

  • Confirm which payment option will apply before registering for a Class.

  • See everything across Memberships, packs, and Intro Offers in one place.

  • Send a Guest Pass to a friend directly from the item that includes the Guest Perk.
