How Do I Save my Payment Method in the App?

Clients can store their credit card information in the app when making a purchase or by managing their payment methods in the My Details section of the Home Screen.

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Home Screen > My Details > Payment Methods.
  2. Under the Cards section, tap + Add New.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and save your card.

Managing Your Saved Payment Method

  • Saved cards will appear under Payment Methods in My Details.
  • If your card is shared with your fitness facility, an eye iconwill appear next to it:
    • Eye icon without a line = Your card is shared with your fitness facility.
    • Eye icon with a line through it = Your card is not shared with your fitness facility.

To share your card with your fitness facility:

  1. Tap the saved card.
  2. Select Allow Studio Access.
  3. Tap Confirm to complete the process.

To remove a saved card:

  1. Tap the saved card.
  2. Select Delete Card on the next screen.

Updating Your Auto-Pay Membership Payment Method

If you have an auto-pay membership and need to update your credit card:

  1. Go to Home Screen > My Details > Payment Options.
  2. Select your active membership.
  3. Tap Change Auto-Pay Card and follow the prompts to update your payment method.

Using Account Balance for Auto-Pays

In the Payment Methods section of My Details, you can view your Account Balance and choose to use it for auto-pays:

  • Redeem a Gift Card to add funds to your account.
  • Toggle Use Account Balance for Autopays if you want payments to be deducted from your account balance.
