Clients can store their credit card information on the app when they are making a purchase or by going to Payment Methods in the More section of the app. Go to Profile (person icon in the lower right corner of the app). Then click the grid icon in the upper right corner of the app.
From the Payment Methods screen, once you select your studio, the next screen will show if you already have a saved card stored on your app account. If you need to add a card, click the (+) sign in the top right corner. If you want to remove a card, click on the saved card and select Delete Card on the next screen.
Saved cards on your app account have an eye to the right of the card. If the eye has a line through it, the card is not shared with the fitness facility you attend. If the eye does not have the line through it, the card is shared with your fitness facility admin as a card on file with them.
To share your card with your fitness facility, click on the saved card. Click "Allow Studio Access", and then Click "Confirm" on the next screen to complete this process.
If you have an auto-pay membership and need to update your credit card, you would do that through the membership:

Click on your active membership
Click “Change Auto-pay Card”
