Step-by-Step
- From your dashboard select the menu icon in the top left hand corner of your screen and open the dropdown menu
- Within the menu, select “Reports” and then "Money" then "Gift Cards". Click "View Report".
- You will see a list of all the clients that have gift cards and the value and how much is left on the card
- You can also use the "search tool" at the top and enter a gift card code or swipe a card to find the remainder balance
- You can also click on the gift card and "re-generate" a code for the card if the original code has been lost or misplaced. Doing so will make the previous code inactive.
- The "forward arrow" icon at the top will also allow you to share a gift card public purchase link to share with potential buyers.
