Step-by-Step:
- From your live Calendar view, Click the menu icon in the top left corner to reveal your drop-down menu items
- Select Reports > Money > Gift Cards
- Locate the card that you need to regenerate a code for. Click on "View Details" to the right side of the page. "Gift Card Details" window will open. Click on the "Regenerate Gift Code" text.
- Another window will open asking to confirm the regeneration of a gift code. Click "Yes, Regenerate" to create a new code, or "Cancel" to back out of this process. Copy down the new code to give to the recipient.
Things to note:
By clicking "Yes, Regenerate", the previous gift code will no longer be valid and will be replaced by the new code.
You can also regenerate the gift card code by going to the client account the purchase was made from. Click "See all Sales" if it is not listed as a recent sale. Click "details" to the right of the sale item. Under "Related Items" in the pop up modal, click on the Gift Card icon. A Gift Card Details modal will open giving you the option to regenerate the code from here.
