The Perks report is an itemized view of every Perk in your fitDEGREE system across every pricing option type — Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, Intro Offers, and Memberships. While the Class Packs, One-on-One Packs, Intro Offers, and Memberships reports each tell you which Clients hold which pricing option, the Perks report goes one level deeper and shows the individual Perks inside those items.
Where to find it
From the Admin Website, click the menu icon in the top left corner.
Open Reports.
In the left side menu, click Payment Options.
Click Perks.
Columns in the report
From Item — the source Pack, Intro Offer, or Membership the Perk lives on.
Client — the Client who holds the Perk.
Type — Class Perk, One-on-One Perk, Guest Class Perk, or Guest One-on-One Perk.
Uses — remaining uses (or unlimited).
Starts — start date (or not set).
Expires — expiration date or rule (specific date, days after next use, or does not expire).
Filters available
Filter the report from the panel on the left:
Client — defaults to Client: not set. Click the pill to search and filter by a specific Client.
Is active — show only active Perks, only inactive (expired or used up), or all.
Type — limit results to a specific Perk type.
Remaining uses — filter by uses remaining between limited and unlimited.
From item — filter by source item (Class Pack, One on One Pack, Intro Offer, Membership).
Viewing details of a Perk
Click View perk on any row to open the Perk detail modal. From the modal you can:
See the holder (Client) and source item.
Open the source item from the modal (e.g., the Intro Offer or Membership it belongs to).
View transaction history — every registration this Perk was used to pay for, with date and time.
Edit Remaining uses, Starts, and Expires on this specific Perk.
How this report differs from the per-item reports
Class Packs / One-on-One Packs / Intro Offers / Memberships reports — show one row per pricing option a Client owns. Use these when you want to know who has bought what.
Perks report — shows one row per Perk inside those pricing options. Use this when you want to track or edit the underlying access a Client has, regardless of which item it came from.
For example, if a Client has a Membership with a Class Perk plus an Intro Offer with another Class Perk, they'll appear once on the Memberships report, once on the Intro Offers report, and twice on the Perks report (one row per Perk).
Things to know
Edits made from the Perks report's detail modal take effect immediately for that specific Client's Perk. They don't affect anyone else holding the same source item.
To change Perks across all holders of an item, edit the pricing option template under Setup > Payment Options instead.
The Perks report only exists on the Admin Website. The OnTheGo App does not include this report.
