Using the Membership Cancellation Report

Track and review all membership cancellations using the new report:


How to Access:

  1. Click the Menu button

  2. Go to Reports > Business > Membership Cancellations

Filter Options:

  • By date range

  • By membership type

Displayed Columns:

  • Membership name

  • Client name

  • Cancelled at (date/time)

  • Start Date

  • Completion Date

Click the three dots to the right of a row for more detail:

  • How the cancellation was submitted (app or admin)

  • Who submitted it

  • Any client memo

Example:

Membership: 8 Classes Monthly
Client: Megan McLean
Cancelled At: 4/30/25 9:56am
Start Date: 4/30/25
Completion Date: 7/29/25
Origin: App
Memo: "I am moving to a new town in a few months. I have loved being a member!"


This report only includes cancellations made after the feature update was released.
