Yes! fitDEGREE allows you to set a future cancellation date for a membership. You have three cancellation options:
- Immediately
- End of billing cycle
- Chosen date
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into the admin portal and search for the client’s name.
- Click on their profile and navigate to Active Items.
- Select the membership you want to cancel.
- Click "Manage Bills and Details" under the client’s name.
- Navigate to the "More" tab on the right.
- Click "Cancel this membership".
- Select "As of Chosen Date".
- A date pickerwill appear—choose the date you want the membership to end.
- If you want to prorate the last bill, you may need to apply a discount.
- Type "cancel" in the confirmation box.
- Click Confirm Cancellation, and the membership will be set to cancel on the selected date.
