Can I Set a Future Cancellation Date for a Membership?

Yes! fitDEGREE allows you to set a future cancellation date for a membership. You have three cancellation options:

  1. Immediately
  2. End of billing cycle
  3. Chosen date

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into the admin portal and search for the client’s name.
  2. Click on their profile and navigate to Active Items.
  3. Select the membership you want to cancel.
  4. Click "Manage Bills and Details" under the client’s name.
  5. Navigate to the "More" tab on the right.
  6. Click "Cancel this membership".
  7. Select "As of Chosen Date".
  8. A date pickerwill appear—choose the date you want the membership to end.
    • If you want to prorate the last bill, you may need to apply a discount.
  9. Type "cancel" in the confirmation box.
  10. Click Confirm Cancellation, and the membership will be set to cancel on the selected date.
