How to Edit/Resend a Digital Gift Card

So you’ve sent your digital gift card to the wrong email address? We understand that these things happen; but don’t worry about it! We have a solution for you! Follow the steps below and you will be able to resend the gift card to a new address, edit the incorrect address, and in general correct the mistakes you may have made on the first try.

  1. From your home screen on your phone open your fitDEGREE or branded application
  2. Once in the app, click the Profile Icon (person) in the bottom right hand corner
  3. click the grid icon in the top right corner to get to "More" 
  4. Select “Purchase History”
  5. Within your purchase history, select the transaction which was the digital gift card
  6. At the bottom of the next “Purchase Details” screen will be a button that says “Resend/Change Email” once you click this you will be prompted to change the email address associated with the gift card
  7. Once you have made all necessary changes press “Generate New Gift Card”

Things to Note:
  • Once you generate a new gift card the old gift card code becomes inactive
