So you’ve sent your digital gift card to the wrong email address? We understand that these things happen; but don’t worry about it! We have a solution for you! Follow the steps below and you will be able to resend the gift card to a new address, edit the incorrect address, and in general correct the mistakes you may have made on the first try.
Step-by-Step
- From your home screen on your phone open your fitDEGREE or branded application
- Once in the app, click the Profile Icon (person) in the bottom right hand corner
- click the grid icon in the top right corner to get to "More"
- Select “Purchase History”
- Within your purchase history, select the transaction which was the digital gift card
- At the bottom of the next “Purchase Details” screen will be a button that says “Resend/Change Email” once you click this you will be prompted to change the email address associated with the gift card
- Once you have made all necessary changes press “Generate New Gift Card”
Things to Note:
- Once you generate a new gift card the old gift card code becomes inactive
