If you sent a digital gift card to the wrong email address, you can update the email and generate a new gift card directly from the app.
How to edit or resend a gift card
Open the fitDEGREE app.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Select Studio Details.
Tap Purchase History.
Select the purchase that contains the digital gift card.
On the Purchase Details screen, tap Resend/Change Email.
Enter the new email address.
Tap Generate New Gift Card.
The updated gift card will be sent to the new email address.
Things to note
Once you generate a new gift card, the original gift card code becomes inactive.
The recipient must use the most recently generated code.
Gift cards that have already been redeemed cannot be edited or resent.
