How to Add or Remove an Account Balance

Step-by-Step
  1. From your dashboard click the menu icon in the top left hand corner of the screen to reveal the menu dropdown
  2. Within the menu dropdown select “Clients”
  3. Once in the “Clients” page, search and select the client which you would like to add an account balance to and click into their profile
  4. Within the client profile below their picture and above any profile tags, there is a section which says “Account Balance” and then how much is currently in their account. Click the "Acct Bal" text 
  5. A modal will pop up. Enter the amount.
  6. Click the "+ Add Amount" button to add this amount to the clients balance. OR Click the "-Remove Amount" button to remove that amount from their account balance. 
  7. Confirm this action on the next screen
  8. Once you have done this you have successfully updated your client’s account balance. 


Things to Note: 

You cannot enter a negative account balance on a clients account.
