Can I Send a Client Their Login?

In fitDEGREE, you can help a client access their account by sending either a Welcome Email or a Password Reset Email from their client profile.

How to Send a Client Their Login Information:

  1. Go to the Client Profile in your fitDEGREE admin panel.

  2. On the left-hand side, under the profile image area, locate the phone icon button.

  3. Depending on the client’s login status, choose one of the following:

    • If the client has NEVER logged in:

      • Click the phone icon to send a Welcome Email.
      • This email contains a "Create Your Login" button, allowing them to set up their credentials or link an existing fitDEGREE account.
    • If the client has logged in before but forgot their password:

      • Click the phone icon to send a Password Reset Email.
      • The reset link is valid for 1 hour.

Client-Side Password Reset Option:

Clients can also reset their password themselves by:

  1. Opening the fitDEGREE App.
  2. On the login screen, clicking "Forgot Password?".
  3. Entering their email address and following the instructions in the reset email.

By using these tools, you can help clients regain access to their accounts quickly and securely.
