As you are creating your Cancellation Policies you have the ability to set a limited item cancel fee and an unlimited item cancel fee.
Limited items are drop ins, class packs, intro offers, or memberships with numbered uses. Unlimited items would be unlimited memberships or class packs created in the admin.
Each Cancellation Policy allows you the freedom to adjust these fees so that your Clients are billed accordingly.
*Remember, bills go out 12 hours after the session has ended and can be voided in the admin if necessary. Bills are not charged automatically, but must be paid by the clients in the app. If the Client does not pay their bill, they cannot make any additional registrations.
