How to Cancel a Series

Step-by-Step (from List view- option 1)

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, select the series which you would like to cancel
A new window will appear with the name of the series, instructor, date, time, and list of clients (clients) scheduled in the series.
Below the class information in the upper left corner of your screen there is a red “Cancel” button. Click into this button and a new tab will appear
Within this, select if there is a refund being performed with the cancellation, then click the red button in the bottom right hand corner of the tab reading “Yes, cancel this” and this series will be removed from your live schedule

Step-by-Step (from List view- option 2)

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, locate the series which you would like to cancel and click the corresponding three dots on the far right hand side of your screen
The drop-down options to view, edit, or cancel your series will appear on screen, select “Cancel” and a new tab will open with the option to perform a refund along with the cancellation
To cancel your series select the red button reading “Yes, cancel this”. Once you have selected this, your series will be removed from your live schedule

Step-by-Step (from Week view)

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, select “Week” view, then the series which you would like to cancel
A new tab will appear with the date of the event, time of the series, location of the event, number of clients registered, and the total waitlist. Below this will be a red button reading “Cancel” in the bottom right hand corner of the tab, click this button
A new tab will appear asking if you would like to cancel your series, and allowing an option to refund with cancellation. Click the red “Yes, Cancel this” button in the bottom right hand corner of the tab to cancel your series and have it removed from your live schedule

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, select “Month” view, then the series which you would like to cancel
A new tab will appear with the date of the series, time of the series, location of the series number of clients registered, and the total waitlist. Below this will be a red button reading “Cancel” in the bottom right hand corner of the tab, click this button
A new tab will appear asking if you would like to cancel your series, and allowing an option to refund with cancellation. Click the red “Yes, Cancel this” button in the bottom right hand corner of the tab to cancel your series and have it removed from your live schedule
