How to Cancel a One-on-One

Step-by-Step (from List view- option 1)

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, select the one-on-one you would like to cancel by clicking on the appointment, after doing so, a new tab labeled “Private Lesson” will appear on screen
In the “Private Lesson” tab, click the three dots corresponding to the client’s name on the far right hand side
From here the drop-down options to view profile and cancel registration will appear on screen, select “Cancel Registration”
A new window will appear and you will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the registration, press the red “just this” button and the one-on-one will be removed from your live schedule

Step-by-Step (from List view- option 2)

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, select the one-on-one you would like to cancel and click the three dots corresponding with this one-on-one on the far right side of your screen
After clicking into this, a drop down will appear with the options to view, edit, and cancel. Click the option to cancel the one-on-one and a new tab will appear on screen
Select whether or not a refund will be applied to the client’s account and then click the red “Yes, cancel this” button in the bottom right hand corner of the tab. This one-on-one will now be removed from your live schedule

Step-by-Step (from Week view)

Upon logging in you will enter your live schedule.
Once in the “Live Schedule” window, select “Week” view, then one-on-one you would like to cancel by clicking on the appointment, after doing so, a new tab labeled “Private Lesson” will appear on screen
