How do I Perform a Sale?

Step-by-Step (from your Dashboard)
  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon and then select "Cart" and you will be brought to the point of sales window
  2. First you will be asked to indicate which client is making a purchase
  3. After selecting a client you will be prompted to add items to the cart; from here you can select class passes, memberships, gift cards, one-on-one passes, or retail items
  4. After selecting the items your client wishes to purchase you will be prompted to view your cart and then select payment methods
  5. Once you have selected and processed payment methods (applying any promo codes if necessary) you will click the “Process Order” button in the bottom right hand side of your screen, and the sale will be complete.

Step-by-Step (from your Client Profile)
  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner next to the fitDEGREE logo
  2. Within the dropdown menu options click Clients; once in the “Clients” window select the client   which you would like to make a purchase for
  3. Once in the client’s profile, Click the "purchase" button (cart icon) under their name and you will be brought to the point of sales window
  4. After this, you will be prompted to add items to the cart; from here you can select class passes, memberships, gift cards, one-on-one passes, or retail items
  5. After selecting the items your client wishes to purchase you will be prompted to view your cart and then select payment methods
  6. Once you have selected and processed payment methods (applying any promo codes if necessary) you will click the “Process Order” button in the bottom right hand side of your screen, and the sale will be complete.

Things to note:
To purchase an Event or Series for a client, this is done by adding them to the registrable through the calendar, and then clicking the black $ to pay for the Event or Series.
