How to Mark a Membership Offering as Not for Sale

Step-by-Step

From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen, next to the fitDEGREE logo
Within the menu tab that appears on screen, select “Setup” then click "Pricing Options" from the list that appears on the side of your screen
Click on Memberships and a new window labeled “Memberships” will appear on-screen
Within this window, your memberships will be listed out; find the membership you would like to mark as not for sale and click the corresponding three dots on the right hand side of your screen
After clicking these three dots, a drop-down list will appear with options to view, or edit your membership; select Edit.
This will bring you to the membership set-up screen. Uncheck the "For Sale" box, and click "Update". This will remove the membership from App and Admin for purchase.

Things to Note:

Once a membership is no longer for sale it will essentially disappear from your screen. To locate inactive memberships, click the drop-down beside the option to filter memberships and select “Not for Sale”. The default setting is to show what is currently "For Sale".
