Step-by-Step
- From your dashboard click the menu icon in the top left hand corner to open up the dropdown menu
- Select “Setup” then within the options that appear select “Payment Options”
- Select Memberships
- Once in the Memberships page, find the pack you wish to edit and click the edit button
- Once the “Details” page opens, you are free to edit any information about the membership
- Upon finalizing all of your edits, click the update button in the top right hand corner
Things to Note
- You can only EDIT which classes or class groups are included within a membership. You cannot add, remove, or edit the membership "pack" to have more or less uses or add or remove a whole class or OOO pack to the membership.
- Any changes in pricing will not take effect on current membership holders. For current members to see a price increase, you will need to cancel their current membership and sell them a new membership at the higher price.
