How to Add a Payrule to a Class Payscale

Step-by-Step
  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen, next to the fitDEGREE logo
  2. Within the menu tab that appears on screen, select “Setup” and a side menu list will appear. From this list select Team and then Class Payscales
  3. Within the Class Payscales window, click on the Edit button on the far right side of the screen corresponding with the payscale that you wish to edit
  4. Shortly, a new tab reading “Edit Class Payscale” will appear on screen. Notice, all class groups are listed with a drop down to the right of them
  5. If the pay rule you wish to add is already created, select from the drop-down list; if you need to create a new pay rule either select the green plus sign next to the applicable class group, or click into the “Pay Rules” tab
  6. If in the “Pay Rules” tab, press the “Add Rule” button and a new tab labeled “Create Payscale Rule will appear
  7. Input all necessary payscale information, then press the “Create” button at the bottom right hand corner of this tab
  8. Once finished, click back over to the “Class Groups” tab and use the drop-down to apply your new rule to any classes which require this method for team member payout

Things to Note
  • Team member class payscales have multiple rules which can be added to change team member payout and bonus to reflect different amounts for different class groups. One-on-one payscales are adjusted not by rules, but by duration of one-on-one services
